Attached to this post is a photo of my first attempt at creating my own personal branding. Due to the beneficial critique from Professor Marchese and Breanna Clemens, I am on the road to identifying my own personal brand. Factors such as font choice, color, and mood were actively on my mind when creating these graphics.

I have chosen to read Creative Confidence by Tom Kelley because I feel that one of my weaknesses in designing is that I easily become insecure over my work. The first chapter is centered on the idea that to grow, one must flip their mindset from "limited" to "limitless": "If you currently feel that you are not a creative person- if you think, "I'm not good at that kind of thing"- you have to believe that learning and growth are possible." (Kelley, 30) I am very excited to progress with this book because I am beginning to make personal connections with each of the advice given. I'm very pleased that I chose to read Creative Confidence!! :)
